Bit of a personal photography project from my time in Nepal to kick start (the new) blog off.

Tourist Only buses ferry tourists (and locals) all around Nepal. Be it from Kathmandu to Pokhara, or Dharan to Chitwan they all spend most days travelling through forests, up and down hill sides, and even through rivers.

After arriving in Pokhara in preparation for our Annapurna Circuit Trek, I noticed the interesting paint work that each bus company has splattered across the side. To be honest, from afar they look pretty garish but when cropped in; and picking up on some of the detail - some of these make interesting abstract patterns.

Doing this meant I spent a few hours trying to capture different crops of the side, the front and sideview in full. As the bus park began to fill up, it meant I was frantically running round trying to make sure I caught all 3 (if not more) shots.

Each colour series is named after the vehicles registration plate... White and red being... BA 1 PA 1387
